We mainly produce and export the following types of ice machines: flake ice machines, seawater flake ice machines, tube ice machines, cube ice machines, and block ice machines. We provide one-stop ice-making solutions, including ice storage rooms and water purifiers.
We have ice machines with different production capacities, from small to large output, suitable for commercial and industrial applications. Our capacity ranges from 160 kg/24h up to 100 tons/24h.
Our ice machines can meet the voltage requirements of different countries: 220V, 380V, 415V, 440V, 460V; frequency 50Hz & 60Hz, both single-phase and three-phase are available.
We have over 10 years of experience in the ice-making industry. Our quality meets European standards. We use world-famous compressors and refrigeration parts: Bitzer, Hanbell, Refcomp, Copeland, Highly, Siemens, Schneider, LS, etc.We focus on high-quality ice machines to ensure stable performance and low after-sales problems.
· Flake ice machines can use tap water, used for seafood / meat cooling or industrial cooling.
· Cube ice machines and tube ice machines produce edible ice, so purified water is required. We can provide RO water purifiers to match your ice machine.
· For seawater flake ice machine, we will produce the ice machine with 316 Stainess Steel material, it features great corrosion protection, especially for seawater environment.
Yes, the machine can run 24 hours continuously.It is equipped with an ice-full sensor: the machine stops automatically when full of ice.We can equip the ice machine with an ice storage room to keep ice from melting for long periods.
Yes, installation is simple. Just connect power and water supply to start operation.We also provide installation videos and manuals to help you with installation.For large split industrial ice machines (over 10 tons per day), copper pipes must be welded and refrigerant added. This can be done by standard refrigeration technicians.If needed, we can send our technicians for on-site installation and commissioning.
The warranty period is 12 months.Any quality problems within warranty: we provide free spare parts.After warranty, we offer lifelong after-sales support.
About the production time:
· Commercial ice machines: about 10 days.
· Industrial ice machines (more than 5ton/day): about 20–25 working days.
